Summer Breeze Lot 26 is currently under construction and is available for "pre-sale"!  We've had such positive response to the Michael Nelson design we built on Summer Breeze Lot 27 we are building it again!  A mirror version of home on Lot 27, this new home on Lot 26 has wonderful southern exposure and is trimmed out differently to ensure a unique appearance.
